Veeam have added the ability to check what ports are needed between every role and infrastructure component.
This is a very good update to the Veeam calculator. for a long time now it has become more difficult to figure out the spiders web of roles and ports needed, and the new hardened applainces causing roles to move around only made this more challenging.
This new addition lets you select roles and infrastructure in the prot map tab, but then in the server planner tab you can assign these roles and connections to different servers to get a nice list to hand over to your networking contact.
you can even export itr out to csv for ease of use.
