I have an issue with the veeam orchestrator I added VBR and VCenter but when I try to create a new recovery location its empty, I can’t find the hosts.

It can be configuration issue, basically, check on the credential used, and also verify that the inventory between Veeam Backup & Recovery (VBR) and vCenter is synchronized.
Can you share screenshot or logs?
