I used Lenovo HX5520 hyperconverged, installed esXI7 version of Nutanix, backed up virtual machines with VEeam's CDP function, and created a job that was always in initial sync, not syncing.Failover operations are also displayed in gray.I waited a long time, but it was the same

It seems a veeam’s service of vm that contain veeam that hunged.

But as @Lei Wei  suggest, better ask Veeam support fot this techical issues so as not to corrupt the vm.
