VMSCE and VMCE+

You need to take the courses and exams to get the badges.  There is no easy way to get them.

Chris pointed you to the Community Hub page which shares information about the VMCE+. At this point, the VMCSE page is not accessible and will only be allowed to be accessed with those who have a current & valid VMCE+ certification. 

To answer your question explicitly, I answered a similar question in another post:

First, for the VMCE+, this exam requires you to attend 3 courses → VBR, VONE, and VRO. If you hold a current v12 VMCE certificaiton  you do not have to take the VBR course, but the other 2 are still needed. Once you take all 3 courses, you will then be able to schedule to take the new VMCE+ exam. All 3 Courses are available to take at Veeam University PRO. NOTE: the VBR course is the only one current offerred in-person; the other 2 are online (on-demand) only.

For the VMCSE...to attain this certification, you will need to have a current VMCE+ certification, take the new Veeam Enterprise Security course, then schedule to take the VMCSE exam. The Security course is also now available for purchase on Veeam University too. Like the VONE & VRO courses, this one is also online only.
