So my question for this turn will be:
When configuring Backup Copy Jobs and you have to also include transaction log backups, the only valid option is to use the Immediate copy (mirroring) mode.

+13and here’s the answer to the question…
The periodic copy mode does not support processing of transaction log backups. Processing of transaction log backups must be turned off before changing the immediate copy mode to the periodic copy mode.
So the only valid option is the Immediate copy (mirroring) mode.
