I have the same problem as André; the University PRO course isn't being counted. So I sent an email to VMCE support.

@cdubus send email to vmce@veeam.com, they fiexed it almost instantly.

That's the address I used.

It seems the synchronization took a while, because this morning I had access to the v13 exam management system.

Everything is increasing: the number of questions, the time, the score, and the PRICE !

@cdubus - it’s not surprising (& should be expected) since the amount of knowledge required for the exam has increased as well. Good luck on your exam! 👍🏻

That’s great to hear! Congrats! 🎉

Hi all. I am planning to take the VMCE+ exam. I already have VMCE but after reading some information, it looks like I need again to go through the VBR questions and additionally, I need to answer questions about Veeam ONE and VRO. Can anyone who has already passed the exam recommed good practical tests? Do we know exactly what these 100 questions are - are they all selection based or there are some open questions, etc.? I already went through the trainings on Veeam University Pro and after each module, there is an exam so my question is will there be similar or idential questions during the actual VMCE+ exam.

Thank you in advace!

Hi @zgeorgiev - I shared information in my initial blog/post that addresses some your questions. For additional information, I also shared the link to the Exam Blueprint you can download for more information. The Sections in the Blueprint are the overview of what topics of questions are asked. There are no practice exams available that I’m aware of because this exam was just released. That said, there are some practice VMCE (not VMCE+) questions I posted on this Page the past yr. They can give you an idea of what the questions will be like on the exam. And, since you hold a current v12 VMCE (I assume?), you already know kind of what the questions will be like. The only difference between past exams and this current one is 1. more questions, 2. 2 more products knowledge is required, and 3. exam covers v13.

Hope that helps.

Best.

Just a quick point—though it’s one that VMCE-certified professionals will appreciate:
From what I gathered while taking the exam, it is finally hypervisor-agnostic.
There are no longer different questions depending on the hypervisor; the vast majority of professionals working in VMware environments won't get tripped up by Hyper-V questions anymore.

i was studying for v12, I'll have to study a bit more. I think I'll take the exam the second week of July, I'll let you know.

I took the exam... it's the first Veeam exam I've ever taken, and it wasn't easy. I got 565, which is bad, I know.

97% of the exam was use cases; I only had a few questions with definitions.

Don’t give up @LuisR0 !! Shore up the areas you were weak in and try again. The exam covers THREE products now..not just VBR and some VONE. You’ll get there! 🙌🏻
