Does kasten 10 can be deployed on IBM power arch system?


Hi,
I want to backup the application running on IBM Power system. Does kasten10 supports IBM power system?

@siva Kasten k10 is a data management platform for Kubernetes/Openshift applications. It provides a comprehensive set of features for backing up, restoring, and protecting Kubernetes data.

in case you have Kubernetes/openshift cluster on your IBM Power Systems, then you need to visit our k10 docs page in order to check the prerequisites and storage compatibility.

Hello, Kasten K10 only supports x86 Kubernetes architectures at the moment.

If you need to protect IBM AIX servers (with IBM Power architecture), you can use Veeam Agent for IBM AIX.

If you have Oracle databases running in IBM AIX, there is also a specific Veeam plug-in for Oracle RMAN available.
