I took a snapshot of a namespace and restored it but I can't see any action on Kasten. And we also facing the error when taking snapshots of some namespaces like "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'value')". Please assist, I would appreciate your assistance.

Hi Thanks for posting on the forums. Can you give a bit more details on your environment, such as Kubernetes version/distro, are you using a storage CSI? If so does it pass with the Kasten “pre-flight check” https://docs.kasten.io/latest/install/requirements.html#pre-flight-checks?

Are the snapshots being created being done with a K10 policy? You are using K10 to do the restore as well? Do the problem namespaces have PVC? Thanks!

Hi, I'm using OpenShift and the version is 4.8.31 . I haven't scheduled a backup policy. I am taking direct snapshot. Namespace also have PVC.
