Backup Openshift Application Failed

Hi Dears,

 

Please we get issues when doing volumes snapshots on the minio application, here is the error:

“message: Error snapshotting volume”

 

I a attaching here the full kasten log and the minio application logs.

 

Please advise.

Hello @tarouay,

 

After looking over your logs it looks to be that during snapshotting the task timedout. Could you please increase this timeout to 90mins and let me know the results --set kanister.backupTimeout=90
