As many of you saw the thread here on the community - Potential Bugs being found in VCC 12.2 | Veeam Community Resource Hub

There were support cases opened with Veeam for those of us that deploy Veeam Cloud Connect and a forum post as well - https://forums.veeam.com/cloud-connect-backup-f43/vcc-service-provider-issue-with-tenants-post-12-2-upgrade-t95372.html?sid=cfda2d0f2e174a9101cc69358aef31e1

Veeam has released today the KB with the hotfix that addresses the issue so if you have not upgraded to 12.2 then you can upgrade and apply the hotfix before allowing tenants access again to not have the issue. If you have the issue you need to work with support on DB cleanup.

KB4655: There is no FIB Bsummary.xml] error after Service Provider updates Veeam Cloud Connect to v12.2

LOL...hahaha 😋

Thanks for posting...I looked earlier and there’s nothing posted on the SPC build numbers page, but maybe as it’s a hotfix there won’t be?  Not sure...I’ve never checked before for hotfixes.

I am going to apply this to my VCC in my lab and see if the build number changes.  Will post back.

@dloseke -- Derek - the build number in the console and help does not change with this hotfix.  Probably some DLL file version I suspect.

That link is in my OP 😂

As an FYI I’ve noticed that this patch requires a reboot.
