I agree! To learn concepts very fast, this is really cool. But to get better in administering these applications and to be able to support them, I would recommend to setting up real environment. For now, the concepts is what we need to learn.

Completed the setup via this blog post to get Minikube and Kasten going.  Very simple and straightforward to see how it works.  More deep dive coming. 😎
