When user who is using Veeam V10 VUL instance license, their current instance use NAS Share 250GB per instance, so my question is when they upgrade their Veeam Backup to V11, will their license reflect to use NAS Share 500GB per instance?

the usage will be 500 GB as soon you update. Properly a new backup job run is necessary to update the count.
