Backups failing with message cannot take snapshot on physical CentOS Stream 8 and 9.

Hello. Backups failing with message cannot take snapshot on physical server with CentOS Stream 8 and CentOS Stream 9. Please help me fix this.

got it to work by disabling secure boot in bios

    Hey @vmlxnetwork -

    Welcome to the Community. Needing quite a bit more info here. What kind of backup are you performing? VBR with VM or physical (i.e. Agent)? If Agent, it doesn’t look like Stream versions of Centos are supported. See OS Sys Req’s.

    The problem as noted is going to be that CentOS 8/9 is not "officially" supported.  It will will back up but based on that chart Shane posted you can see 7 is latest.  Please let us know virtual or physical also to assist better.

    Actually remember seeing someone say similar in a Forum post a short while back I believe. Not too surprised there.
