Question

Is Veeam Certified Architect 2022 is still valid?

Hi i am looking to get a VMCA credential, is Veeam Certified Architect 2022 is still valid, or I should take VMCA v12, Also what are some major difference between 2022 and v12. I am very interested in getting this certification, and i was looking for some good preparation material for this certification,  Thanks

@dalerose - when you go to register for the exam on Pearson, I don’t even think there’s an option for v2022 (v11). And, since it’s almost 3yrs old, not sure why you’d want to take it. v12 is the exam you should take. To answer your question about “expiration”...no Veeam cert you take ever ‘expires’ per se’. The version may no longer be valid; there may be requirements you need to meet to get updated when taking “current” exams, but Veeam certs in and of themselves never expire.

Also, I created a VMCA Study Guide on v12 which should help you in your studies. See link below:
VMCA v12 Study Guide

Hope that helps.

Definitely use Shane’s guide as it is very good for study and helped me on my second shot for the exam.  You will want to do v12 VMCA as I am pretty sure you cannot get v11 (2022) now.

Also @dalerose please remove the link you posted as DUMPS are forbidden and should never be used.  You can jeopordize your standing and have certs removed.  Always get hands on and use the study materials out there versus dumps.  Rasmus has some old but still good videos for VMCE/VMCA.

Good catch on the dump link Chris...I completely overlooked that 👍🏻

@safiya @Madi.Cristil ...if @dalerose doesn’t remove his dump site link, could you please do so?

Thank you.
