Is there a dashboard in Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 like in Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager? if no, Can I connect my VB O365 to my VB Enterprise Manager in order to see the statistics in the dashboard?

There will be a self service restore portal with the next release. I don‘t know if it will have a dashboard for backup monitoring. Should be released until End of this year.
For now, you have to use grafana or something similar.
You can use this prebuild scripts for grafana:
