Failed to copy on Nas Synology

I need help!
I've come to ask for your support to solve a backup problem.
I've Schedued a "File and Folder" copy job from a File server to a Synology NAS.
But I still have a failure and I can't find the solution on the net.
 Have a nice day.

error message: Failed to perform repairing backup Error: Agent: Failed to process method {NasMaster.SaveSourceBackupMeta}

Check the backup logs here - C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Jobname

This will give you more information, but my first guess would be permissions as it is trying to save the metadata file to the NAS for the backup job.

Has the job ever run before?

Which Veeam Version and product are you using?

In addition to @PeteSteven questions, can you also confirm how you’re communicating to the Synology (SMB or NFS), and whether the source and destination are on the same local network or across sites?
