I‘m looking forward to the secure Linux Repo.This implementation is so simple and easy todo, it‘s my top 1 Feature :-) second best thing is the localized enterprise manager. I have two customers who have access to the enterprise manager self service portal. For them, native german is better than english :-)
The options are endless, and we will start seeing the use of this functionality more and more. And of course, while keeping the Capacity Tier to COPY or MOVE to Immutable Object Storage. :) Great times ahead of us, thank you Veeam :-)

You license is cloud connect enabled.you will have to use a rental license without the cloud connect option.
You cannot disable it.download a license without Cloud Connect Option from your license portal my.veeam.com.If you don‘t have one, call veeam or your supplier.You have to use the correct license for your backup usage.rental for your hosting enviroment. Internal Use License for your own server.if you don‘t have such a license, you will have to obtain one.
I’m Looking forward to Veeam V11 with the immutable Linux Storage and of course “Veeam Service Provider Console v5”. It’s a very important console for my work as a Service Provider. I am missing one product: “Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV v3.0”. Hopefully, there will soon some information about the next version :)

Great post! One minor point I’d like to highlight is that VCC for Enterprise requires no extra licensing but VCC for Service Provider can require differences in licensing. Was discussing this a few months ago with my Veeam Account Manager. Haven’t got any documents to hand that spell this out though. Will try and dig something out in the week! Service Provider need a Cloud Connect enabled Server License. This doesn‘t cost you anything. The only requirement, you have to be a registered service provider.And for each copied vm or agent to the Cloud Repo, service provider have to pay a monthly usage fee :-) if the Tenant uses a rental license, then the service fee for cloud connect is included in the rental license.
Veeam have said the v10 licenses work on v11 so no reason why not and Veeam haven’t communicated anything to indicate they’d restrict it. It’s still the same code so no technical reason why not. Just remember if you’re planning to upgrade day one on community edition you won’t have any support from Veeam as you need to pay for support, you’ll need to raise it on forums and hope for a response. Community Edition gets support, but on a best effort basis :-) If there is some major bug found from a Community Edition User, then Veeam will be surely interested in the launch window to know about them.Page 4 - https://www.veeam.com/veeam_software_support_policy_ds.pdf And the R&D Forum is theoretically no support forum :D But people can go there to get help. Since any IT partners aren’t allowed to touch a community edition installation either it’s definitely a calculated risk to do a day one upgrade in a production environment. Thanks for explanation further. Guaranteed Support is crucial for a serious and professional business. I’m completely on your site with this one. My Account Manager Team is well informed about the limitations of Community Edition for offering services. We have banned the name “Veeam Community Edition” from our mind :DMy Plan is to offer each customer at least the Enterprise Edition (or VUL Business Essentials). Small or big companies, I don’t make a difference. There are features like SureBackup Job, which are important to use.

Congratulations to all Veeam Legends! :) Let’s continue our effort to help Veeam, and our customers, to get the best protection there is for their data! My way of doing this is to use the forum to ask all those small, “dumb” questions on behalf or both myself and our customers at the same time creating support cases. This will help others with the same problems and at the same time give the engineers at Veeam at lot of logs to help their product to be even better. There’s a new patch available since yesterday which solves/prevents a potential data loss issue: P20210401 Following the upgrade to V11, the retention policy may erroneously delete some of the monthly GFS backups before their retention expires. The issue only affects Backup Copy jobs which have their latest full backup corrupted. Credits go to @Mildur for (unfortunately) discovering this bug? Already installed I think, veeam support was aware of the issue for the first time while I was opening the support case.
Most likely your configuration backup job is target to the repo, which you want tho convert to a SOBR.you need to configure a new backup repo and change configuration backup to that new target. The new repo for your Conf Backup can be the same storage. But It need to be another path.After that, you will be able to convert your repo in a sobr and add the capacity tier. the ref file type notification is only informative, that your repo would be better formated as a refs partition. Veeam will not format your backup repo for you.
Klick on show detail.you have unsupported Job Types for a SOBR.most likely the „Configuration Backup Job“
If you create a SOBR with your existing backup repo, every Job will be updated to use the new SOBR.you don‘t have to create new Jobs :)
