i dont configure veeam cloud or configure tenant account just create simple backup job and Create reposites backup to attched to local had disk at veeam server

download a license without Cloud Connect Option from your license portal my.veeam.com.
If you don‘t have one, call veeam or your supplier.
You have to use the correct license for your backup usage.
rental for your hosting enviroment. Internal Use License for your own server.
if you don‘t have such a license, you will have to obtain one.
