Welcome to Veeam Data Cloud Vault! We’ve put together key resources to help you onboard smoothly and make the most of your secure cloud storage.
- Access Veeam Data Cloud
Your organization's Primary Administrator will receive an activation email from no-reply@mail.cloud.veeam.com with instructions to activate your Veeam Data Cloud account. Once the account has been activated, complete the following steps:

Sign in to cloud.veeam.com using the activation email from no-reply@mail.cloud.veeam.com and your business credentials.

Complete the required multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup.
Note: If you need to change your organization's Primary Administrator, contact Veeam Support for assistance.
- Provision Your Storage Vault
Once your Veeam Data Cloud account is ready, complete the following steps in My Account before using Veeam Data Cloud Vault with Veeam Backup & Replication:

Log in, obtain a Veeam Data Cloud Vault subscription, and create at least one storage vault.

Next, go to Cloud Management > Backup Servers, select your backup server, and enable the Storage Status toggle for the vault you want to connect.

Once confirmed, return to Veeam Backup & Replication, refresh the repository list, and complete the setup.
