Regarding MFA, I would like to contribute with my expirience.
During VeeamON 2025, I tried to do the labwarz, but my access was configured with MFA enabled and I was unable to access it in any way using the OTP app, it was not working (I guessed).
When I arrived in Brazil, I tried to resolve this issue and, to my surprise, everything was working correctly. The fact that it didn't work in San Diego was due to my smartphone's time synchronization was not syncronized with the time I was in San Diego, and the interesting part about this is that in all the implementations or courses I have delivered, I strongly reinforce the importance of using NTP for time synchronization. I felt stupid for not having paid attention to this detail during my stay in San Diego :-)
Moral of the story, I missed the opportunity to win $3,000
