I am still no expert in the area of Kubernetes. So I came across an blog series of VMware about “12 Days of Kubernetes”.

https://blogs.vmware.com/vexpert/2021/12/19/12-days-of-kubernetes/

I haven't gone through everything yet, but I plan to. It consists of posts, videos and courses. One piece per day. Honestly it seems to be very VMware Tanzu centric. Maybe it is interesting for others too.

Yes the big players will try and push you into their stream. You see it in the free books and courses. A good exampe is the kubernetes operators book which i am reading now (free from kubecon :) ), sponsored by redhat so…. Openshift is the leifmotif, not to mention that Openshift is built on operators. Still whatever helps. Having a solid understanding of the kubernetes underlining features obviously helps enormously when evaluating the upstream versions. Either way this is a great time to take advantage of all this free learning! Keep it coming :)
