Simply editing the API manifest is enough to enable a MutatingAdmissionWebhook on your K8S cluster!

Answer is yes. Once the kube api server manifest has been editing the pod will be automatically restarted. Hence, one must always make a copy before performing the edit (especially during the exams) since any mistakes have been made the kube api server will not be functional and all access will be lost to the cluster
