How to Install and manage Docker Portainer on Linux

For some of you that would like to manage K8, but not very confident working from the command line may want to see how Portainer  works. 

What is Portainer? Portainer is a self-service container service delivery platform. It is the definitive container management GUI for Kubernetes, Docker and Swarm.
