There is an on-going discussion on the Veeam Forums for XCP support. You can monitor the thread as it progresses from the below link:

The “TL:DR” version is it does look like Veeam is eventually going to add XCP to its supported platforms. It’s in the early stages at the moment. But, monitor that post to keep up to date on what’s going on though.
