@which directory in server

Best answer by JMeixner

Exactly, either you know from where you have imported the Lic file into the database or you can download the the Lic file for the specific support ID  from the Veeam website.

Depending of kind of your license from the veeam.com website or in case of Service provider licenses from the pulse website via the propartner portal.

Hi,

Unless something has changed I’m not aware of, Veeam doesn’t store a local copy of the license.

What is the goal you’re trying to achieve here? A Veeam migration or reinstallation?

Go to https://my.veeam.com and sign in there to get your license file again 🙂

Veeam reads the license file you provide at installation time or later and saves the information in the Veeam database.

The data from the .lic is imported, the .lic doesn’t exist ON the SQL Server, but merely the contents within the DB. Is it not possible to download another license from my.veeam.com?
