How to back up company data on a QNAP NAS? What are my options?

Hi,

You should consider using the unstructured data backup option in Veeam since you cannot backup the NAS via Agent etc. (you cannot install it on there).

Technically, you could work your way around a physical server that has the file share attached and using either a VM backup job or an Agent backup job to backup that server and let the backup capture the contents of that share, but that’s kind of an unclean way.
