Can someone please help me with VMCE information. I am looking for both the paths and roadmaps,  and all involved information associated with it. Also, any  links for practice questions that would be helpful. TIA.

Hi @jlikos13 -

The VMCE is undergoing a major upgrade. It will no longer be named VMCE and will instead be called VMCE+. I was a part of the team responsible for helping with this new certification transition. The new cert exam will be released soon...probably the end of June.

For initial information, you can visit Veeam University to begin your cert journey. The new cert will no longer require just 1 piece of content in VBR (kinda 2 as the old one did have VeeamONE content on it here & there), but now require VBR, VONE, and VRO (Veeam Recovery Orchestrator) knowledge to attain the certificaiton. Before you can register for the exam when it does release, you will have to have attended all 3 Courses.

Veeam University Free: https://www.veeam.com/support/training/veeam-university-free.html

Veeam University PRO: https://www.veeam.com/support/training/veeam-university-pro.html

Hope that helps.

Also keep in mind, in moving forward, currently only the VBR Course can be done in person. It can be done on-demand as well if desired. The other 2 Courses (VONE and VRO) can only be done via on-demand (online). You can check pricing, register, etc. at the following URL:

https://veeamuniversity.com/

If you hold a current VMCE (though retired), you are not required to take the VBR Course. So at least 1 isn’t required...again, only if your VMCE is v12.
