veeam one, new build. Was working but the user account needed a password change. I changed and rebooted the veeam one server but services wont start. All say error 1069: the service did not start due to logon failure however the account logs in fine

any ideas? thanks

Are the services set to Local System or the specific acct in question?  If Local System try changing them and setting the password to try.  Then you can switch back to Local System.  If that does not work then maybe a repair install of VONE or uninstall/reinstall using same DB?

Did you change the password of a service account that the service is running as? Or the credentials for the database?

changed just the local user that the services run under. Database server is seperate and I tested connectivity and this is all fine

That’s different to what Chris was suggesting, services can run as “local system” or as users, it’s likely you’ve got the service running as that user who’s password you changed but need to update the password in the services section of the system

Thanks Michael that is what I was saying - check the services and update them.
