Check out this link: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/platform_support.html?ver=110
It shows supported Platforms for Veeam Backup in vSphere Environments.

All operating systems supported by VMware
Thank You Wolfgang, the vsphere7 is supported in the veeam11 version,
is enterprise grade redhat virtual machines deployed in hypervisors like vmware/ovm/ backed up in the veeam 11 version?
vSphere 7 (GA, U1, U2) is supported by Veeam VBR (U2 with latest Cumulative Patche). If your RedHat OS Version is supported by vSphere, it is also supported for VM-backup with Veeam VBR. If this was your question.
Yes the version is supported, by the vsphere 7 ,
As its released in newer version, is there any blog for this ?
are we still using the veeam agent for the redhat virtual machines or we can normally backup as we do for other windows servers?
Yes, you can backup them like Windows VMs. But it is different to Windows to get a Application-Aware (not crash-consistent) backup of Linux VMs. You will need to implement Pre- and Post-Scripts for this.
