We would like to upgrade the Veeam 12.3.1 but we could not find the Veeam one 12.3.1 Version .

Could you please suggest us, If we upgrade VBR 12.3.1  then Veeam one will allow to monitor the jobs ?

Although there is no Veeam ONE version 12.3.1, Veeam ONE 12.3 is fully compatible with VBR 12.3.1. Therefore, after upgrading to VBR 12.3.1, Veeam ONE 12.3 will continue to monitor your backup jobs without any issues.
