I tried to update veeam 5.0... but it didn't work. I tried to install the patch and it didn't work. I uninstalled version 5 to install version 6 and it didn't work. I tried to install version 6 on two other stations and it still does not work. I get a windows installer popup when I try to install VEEAM and then it crashes. can you help me please.

Can you grab the installation logs and paste here so we can get an understanding of where it has failed? Did it give you any error messages?
IIRC the log location for installs is C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs\Setup\
Yes any screenshots of an error or other details is very help along with logs like Michael mentioned.
If you are not able to find the logs, you can run the MSI installation like this:
msiexec /i d:\Backup\Veeam.Backup365.msi /l*v "c:\vb365.log"
Where is your mounted ISO and you have disk space on c:\ to store the log file. Run this in an Administrative Command Prompt or Administrative Powershell (right click on Powershell or Command prompt and click on Run as Administrator)
