Veeam new licensing options, and for community version?

As title says, Veeam's new policies change the license per socket to more advanced type of licensing.

Will the “community version” be affected / discontinued?

Nope the CE version stays as is.  No worries there. :smiley:

As Chris said, the community will not change it’s free 10 instances model.

 

Since the community edition is forbidden to be used for offering services for Third Party's (Customers of a service provider) and is only practicable for homelabs or own use (in your own small company), I don’t see veeam anything changing here.
