Do we have any mechanism in VBR to transport all logs to external Syslog Servers? I do understand we save most of the logs on Installer folder but my requirement is to automatically transport all the logs to external syslog server.

There is no facility in Veeam to do this as everything is logged locally. You would need a third party utility or something else to copy the log files over to Syslog.
