Open a Support Case and let Veeam Support review the debug logs. There is no limitation on the VSA connecting to S3, so very likely it’s a configuration or network / self-signed certificate issue, but these are only guesses.

Veeam Support will be able to review the debug logs and point out the problem.

Are you able to connect using a different tool such as S3 Browser or AWS CLI?

minIO uses port 9000 as the default S3 port as far as I can remember. Did you manually change this?

Try accessing the system with an S3 browser (S3 Browser - Amazon S3 Client for Windows. User Interface for Amazon S3. S3 Bucket Explorer.). Also check if the local firewall is configured correctly on your server where minIO is running.

minio administrator gives endpoint with port 2803,when adding minio as repository ,i have given this port with endpoint

Are you able to connect with an S3 Browser? Try this first before jumping into Veeam.

You cannot install any software on the VBR linux appliance.

Where do you have minIO installed? You can install the S3 browser on your Windows Client and then connect to minIO.

Hello,

You can maybe use this procedure to help you to configure minio.  :
