veeam console on remote server unable to open when click sign in without any error or activity

Hello!

I’m facing exactly the same issue and, so far, I haven’t had any luck fixing it.

However, while checking the Veeam Console logs under %LocalAppData%\Veeam\Backup, I found some certificate-related errors, so I’ve opened a case with Veeam Support to investigate further.

For now, I’m using Enterprise Manager and the web console as a workaround.

I’ll update this thread if Support finds the root cause or provides a solution.

What version of VBR/Console is this happening on guys? Latest of v13.1.x?

The problem is resolved when tried using ip address,also reverse backup to previous version of Enterprise manager ...dont know both are interrelated or not
