I am having trouble accessing the remaining 3 workstations I don't know where they are I only have 4 workstations here. I am here at the VBR.
What are you trying to do? More details and versions would be helpful.
Correct?
We are not able to know where are located 3 workstations, you can edit backup job check how many objects are added. If you found 7 workstations you can see the hostname to identify it. Please add more info if it's possible.
Hi
As Chris/Antonio shared...can you please provide more information on what you’re trying to do? Are you attempting Agent backups via VCC maybe?
Thank you.
My concern is regarding the workstation in Veeam. Currently, in VSPC, only 4 workstations are visible. However, in Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR), we see 7 workstations.
When I right-click and go to Manage SubTenants on the Veeam Backup and Replication (VBR), only 4 workstations appear, which matches what is shown in VSPC.
This means that 3 workstations are visible in VBR but not in VSPC there are only 4.
The main issue is that the actual number of workstations in VSPC does not match what is shown in VBR. Ideally, it should be only 4, but VBR shows 7.
I am trying to understand why this discrepancy is happening.
Thank you in advance for your insights.

Is the VSPC agent on the three that are missing? Is agent communicating to VSPC? I would check there to see if you can get the numbers to be the same.
Agreed with Chris. Check the agent, firewall ports, antivirus and maybe the license (should be a factor afaik in this case).
Maybe you have to check it from client-site and temporarily disable the Windows firewall and see if that helps. In case yes, you’ll have to add the required ports as “allowed traffic”:
