Afternoon everyone,

I’ve just seen that Veeam have released the new version of Veeam Backup for GCP!

Release Notes: https://www.veeam.com/veeam_backup_gcp_2_0_release_notes_rn.pdf

What’s new:

https://www.veeam.com/veeam_backup_gcp_2_0_whats_new_wn.pdf

A key highlight is GCP will be joining AWS & Azure native backup options in being managed by Veeam B&R v11a when that becomes available!

Yeah saw this on Twitter today.  Wish I could get in to all the different flavors of backups for Veeam but just too hard.  LOL :joy:

Veeam definitely have too many products to be an expert in all of them AND the systems they support(if you wanna sleep at night at least). They’re doing well with feature parity for these public cloud offerings so at least once you know one you kinda know them all!

Yes, too many products for far too less hours. 😎

But it is fine that nearly all big cloud provider are supported now.
