Is it possible in the future releases to see Veeam B&R appliance? physical or virtual?

Hi there @mhmdadl. Good question.

One perspective I’d say is that that the newest Veeam products, Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure and Veeam Backup for AWS are an appliance in the marketplace. So, like all things, we do what makes senses.

As for Veeam B&R as an appliance - there are solution stacks from Cisco and Nutanix.

Beyond that, stay tuned.

There’s a discussion going on in the forums about VBR on linux. If I think about an appliance  I also think about Linux, so perhaps you should also add a comment there:  https://forums.veeam.com/veeam-backup-replication-f2/roadmap-for-veeam-b-r-on-linux-t67048.html

I am sure, there is something cooking in the R&D center. :D

A backup appliance makes a lot of sense today with HCI infrastructure.
