Hi All,
Has anyone experienced this, one of the job backups on AHV failed since yesterday, even though previously this job was running successfully. we user veeam 12 with backup direct to object storage.
error “unknown command with class [dataBase] and method [DeleteDirectStorageInfo]”
please help to solve this issue

This issue doesn‘t look like it can be solved without having access to the most current debug log package.
I strongly recommend to open a case with our customer support team. This team has the right training and tools to troubleshoot your issue and provide a solution or hotfix if required.
