Veeam 13 upgrade "Copy to" is no longer working. "OK" greyed out when choosing folder

When I try to restore from HV guest using “Copy To” option, choose a folder and the “OK” button is greyed out. I used to use this function all the time on this server before I upgraded to 13.01. Any ideas?

I assume you are facing the same situation as discussed in our RnD forum. My colleague @rovshanpashayev confirmed the new limitation with version 13 in the forum https://forums.veeam.com/post561457.html#p561457

And we provide a note it in the help center:

Best,

Fabian

Yes, same thing. Weird they changed this. Confirmed copy to works going to a network share.

I work around this by opening the folder in C:\VeeamFLR and copying files out of there.

Yeah this is a wierd change.. you can always just use the admin share as a unc path..

For the Copy To…

In the folder box I have tried c:\veeamFLR and M:\temp (network drive) but the OK button is still greyed out.

I’m sure Veeam have their reasons, but this seems a backward step.
