Hello, has anybody tried to backup a distro inside WSL2, the distro is ubuntu 24.04

I had posted about that a few years ago, but now systemd is supported.

Thanks, David

WSL is not a normal installation of Linux, so i don’t think this ins supported.

@Epicfailing, thanks.

Agreed, that WSL is not a normal distro.

the error message is “ Veeam snapshot kernel module not found
and from veeam docs, You can install Veeam Agent for Linux using a veeam-nosnap package. This package allows Veeam Agent to operate without Veeam kernel module

and i already have that installed, but veeam is not using it, so I am thinking the problem is configuring veeam agent correctly.

root@wslubuntu01:~# apt install veeam-nosnap

veeam-nosnap is already the newest version (6.2.0.101)

is your job file level?
