I have a device that has Veeam for Windows installed. I can’t upgrade it as it fails and if I try to uninstall it from control panel it fails saying it can’t find the MSI.

Is there an uninstall tool for Veeam?

There is no specific tool from Veeam for this.  Unless support has something which you already have a case for.  The other alternative is manual removal of files and registry but that can get tricky.  Stick with support for this instance.

Did you try a repair of the install from Programs & Features? Maybe doing so would re-add the missing MSI so you can uninstall. Otherwise as Chirs shared, Support would be your best bet.

I think even running a Repair is going to ask for the MSI file that is missing but if you can figure out which one it is you can mount the ISO file for the version installed and then point to it maybe?  I have done this myself to fix an install here and there.

This link might be worth reviewing.

Hi @simonneal72 , AS Chris said, you can get the missing MSI from the .ISO, when you uninstall the component, it will show which MSI is missing, try to get it from the ISO File.
