Hi, we have applied the available security patches and upgraded our Veeam backup Azure version 6 to 7 Yesterday. Since then, we are unable to go to the url that the FLR creates for any of our restore requests using Veeam appliance portal. We have not made any change in Azure or in Veeam side except applying these updates. We have checked and all permission for service accounts are fine, the NSG in Azure clearly shows allowing port 443 for the worker instances vnet /subnet so we cant really think of anything else that could cause this issue. We have raised a support case with Veeam as well and they have asked us to try the worker IP address to browse to the URL that we also tried without any luck:

Please continue to work with Support on the issue as they will be best suited to help you address the issue.  If the ticket was closed I would suggest opening a new one and referencing the old ticket number for them to see what has been done.

The community can only offer suggestions as we are not support and for technical issues like this it is best suited to work with support.
