Transaction logs are not able to start on DB servers, which could be the issue. 


Error: Failed to use DB:UpdateDirectBackupInfoIsOutOfSync in managed mode

 

Case already been opened with Support.

Hi ​@waqasali -

Aside from checking the Logs, and you can reference the specific location of your Job logs in the following URL by VBR deployment option you have (VSA or Windows), Support will be your best bet here:

Keep us posted what they say if you can.

In this case I would wait on what support says since logs can be a challenge. 😜

Hi, you need to run cross-check

or try to run backup - not log backup

is typically seen with Veeam Agent managed by Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) when the backup metadata stored on the repository and the Veeam database become inconsistent. It often appears after repository changes, agent upgrades, repository rescans that didn't complete correctly, or corruption/inconsistency in backup chain metadata. Similar Veeam issues are associated with repository/database synchronization problems.

Veeam agent for the Windows team tomorrow to check what the issue could be

In this case I would wait on what support says since logs can be a challenge. 😜

already performed, but the issue persists, still troubleshooting with DB team and sent logs to VAW team

repository rescans work before but as of now didnt work for me will try again.
