same vcenter and esxi hosts onboarding into DC and DR backup servers

I have veeam backup server running in primary site with vcenter integration and backup scheduled and running. Now, I am creating another veeam backup server in DR site, and I want to the same vcenter and esxi to be integrate with DR site veeam backup server. kindly clarify the above approach is correct

Hi ​@catchme.arul ,

What exactly do you want to archive with this? do you want to create another backup chain?

It should be possible to add the vcenter to 2 different VBR Server but proxys etc. can be only used by one VBR Server as far as I know. 

Another approach would be moving the primary Backup Server and the Repository to the DR site to have things separated.

@catchme.arul - I do this very same thing. I have vCenter in m “prod” VBR server I use solely for Backup Jobs. I have another VBR server in a DR site and connect the same vCenter to it and use this VBR server solely for Replication Jobs for my DR strategy. 

Do you have a specific question other than if you’re able/allowed to add vCenter to multiple VBRs? As Chalid states, you have to use different Proxy/Repos on each VBR server, but yes...you can have vCenter added to multiple VBR servers.
