Recommended Concurrent Task Limit for VBR with GCP Repository

Hi Community,

 

For those using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) appliance integrated with Veeam to protect workloads such as VMware VMs, agent based backups, and native GCP backups, I have a question about performance tuning.


My VBR server has 32 vCPUs and 64 GB RAM, and it acts as the Gateway Server for a Google Cloud Storage bucket.

 

What is the best practice for setting the number of concurrent tasks for this configuration to achieve optimal performance without overloading the system?
