I would like to create a lot of blog posts on Veam Backup and replication, VeeamOne monitor, etc. Does Veeam have a promotion license for bloggers?

+12You can get an NFR License. I would try it to get one. The chances are good. They are 1 year valid, after that, you can extend for another year.
