I was trying to open a case. First, “I need support for:” is just a spinning circle. “Product Version” doesn’t have any entries. It seemed to let me go through the rest of the form, but when I hit submit, I get:

I’m not sure if there’s really a problem, or if the issue is that I’m asking for support for the community edition (which I read can happen on a best effort basis). Is this supposed to work? Thanks
