Hello,

If we have NFR license, can we open case to veeam technical support if we found technical issue?

Morning, support is the same for community edition (CE) and NFR, its email only and best effort: https://www.veeam.com/legal/support-policy.html (Section 4.3)

Yes you can open a case similar to using the CE version but you will get more support with NFR typically.
