Veeam does only backup data but not the configuration or attributes of M365 objects. So regarding mail contacts, they’re not part of the backup.
If you have AD-synced contacts, you would have to work with your on-premises Active Directory in order to restore anything.

Qus is that while i am restoring mail via veeam backup for m365-
they are not restoring as it is they are before, we need to some manual process from outlook side for proper restoration.
